If the shipping address provided by the buyer is incorrect or incomplete and this causes a return and additional costs, these costs will be borne by the buyer.
All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition. If you notice any external damage upon delivery, please clearly note it on the courier delivery slip indicating “PACKAGE DAMAGED and VISIBLY DETERIORATED. PENDING INSPECTION” and contact customer service immediately by phone at 617357588 or by email at info@prodevision.com. We will process it to provide a solution as quickly as possible.
All shipments to Spain and the rest of Europe will be made via NACEX and Correos.
